The Role • Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network within the sales territory. • Drive sales by meeting and exceeding monthly goals with a competitive spirit. • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with clients and internal teams. • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction. • Demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to building a profitable business. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and licensing requirements. What You'll Need • Sales experience is highly preferred. • Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life insurance licenses. • Proficient computer skills and strong organizational abilities. • High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred. • Successful completion of a background check, credit check, and drug screen. • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
