This role offers a unique opportunity to shape talent strategy, mentor a recruiting team, and drive full-cycle recruitment for critical corporate functions within a stable and growing organization.

The Role

• Handle complex recruitment assignments for corporate positions and provide guidance to the recruiting team.
• Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract quality active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to align on talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
