* Active Top Secret security clearance and ability to acquire the IDIQ SCI clearance
* Proficient in engineering best practices
* Proficient C programming skills
* Extensive knowledge of networking device, topology, and communication concepts
* Strong breadth and depth of knowledge of Offensive Cyber techniques and technologies
* Experience as Technical Lead leading teams of 2-8 engineers Preferred Qualifications: * Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Experience spearheading process improvement initiatives
* Experience participating in competitive proposal efforts
* Reverse Engineering
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
* Familiarity with Assembly Languages (x86, x64, MIPS, PPC, or ARM)
* Understanding of return-oriented programming (ROP) concepts and execution
* Development of lower level networking protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP
* OS Internals experience Primary Level Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $213,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
