Senior Machinery Diagnostics & Support Specialist

John Deere Crestmead, Queensland, Australia seeks a Senior Machine Support Specialist to join our ANZ Customer Support Operations team, delivering world class uptime to our dealer network and customers. This is an office based role located at Crestmead Head Office, with domestic travel across eastern Australia and some international travel as needed.

You'll diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues, collaborate with dealers and factories to resolve problems, and coach dealers
