Fixed-Term IT Operations & Support Specialist

The Department of Education WA is seeking a committed IT professional to deliver Tier 2 IT support through the help desk, ensuring timely resolution of issues and requests. The role includes deployment and secure disposal of IT equipment, ongoing monitoring of endpoints and servers, and management of backup processes and the IT asset register.
