We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a leading German healthcare provider committed to exceptional psychiatric care. You will play a vital role in establishing and shaping a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit, contributing to a renowned group known for its innovative approach and high standards of treatment.

The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support to children and adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, observe their conditions, and assist in therapeutic interventions.
• Administer medically prescribed treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured patient documentation and manage daily ward operations.
• Contribute to a positive, structured, and safe environment within an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Experience in psychiatry is preferred but not essential.
