W2 Need - Azure Infrastructure Engineer

Role : Azure Infrastructure Engineer

Location : Phoenix, AZ / Rockville, MD / Remote is fine but once in a quarter travel to either Phoenix / Rockville is Must

Duration : 12+ Months

Key Point : Azure Data Factory (ADF) & AVD setups, Networking, PIM, IAM, MuleSoft, RBAC, private endpoints, Private DNS zones and troubleshooting issues, etc.

Responsibilities

• Infra Engineer who can augment client’s commercial infra team to support Salesforce project integrations. 
• Should have strong experience in Azure VDI & Azure Data Factory (ADF).  
• The person should have experience in supporting MuleSoft related connectivity through bank network, help setup general monitoring, alerting and observability in the infra space and is good in issue resolutions. 
• Should have strong experience in Linux, VDI. 
• Responsible for the administration, configuration and platform management of the IT Clouds (Azure and AWS) 
• Develop and implement best practices to manage and control cloud costs effectively.
• Design, deploy and manage Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking. 
• Provide Windows Server administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Configure systems based on approved designs of the system and network security.
• Monitor and analyse resource usage to recommend/develop enhancements to system capabilities and performance.
• Compare, evaluate, and implement new technologies, and integrate systems into the computing environment.
• Document systems infrastructure for users, support and consulting personnel, and developers.
• Configure, implement, and maintain system security strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Participates in planning for the continual upgrading of existing information technology and the introduction of new information technology to support the business.
• Periodically reviews the performance, work nature and load being placed on the cloud infrastructure and develops proposals for effectively addressing these issues

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including IaaS and PaaS services.
• Experience with managing an integrated computing environment, networked environments and network storage solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of security protocols.
• Experience with middleware and infrastructure.
• Ability to operate within a collaborative team framework both in the workgroup and across IT Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage shared resources and perform moderately complex tasks.
• Quality and deadline oriented.
