## Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced **Full Stack Engineer** with strong expertise in **ReactJS, Python, and Microsoft SQL Server** to support enterprise application development and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, developing secure APIs, working with cloud-native technologies, and optimizing database performance.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain **enterprise-grade web applications** using ReactJS and Python.
* Build scalable and secure **RESTful APIs and backend services** for high-volume applications.
* Develop reusable, responsive, and secure frontend components.
* Design, develop, and optimize **SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries**.
* Implement **microservices and cloud-native architectures** using Azure.
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployments.
* Implement application logging, monitoring, metrics, and distributed tracing.
* Participate in **architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions**.
* Troubleshoot application and production issues and provide ongoing production support.
* Collaborate with **Platform Engineering, Observability, Automation, and other technology teams** on application modernization initiatives.
* Follow enterprise security, coding, testing, and development best practices.

## Preferred Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
* Strong hands-on experience with **ReactJS and Python**.
* Experience developing applications in an **enterprise or financial-services environment** is a plus.
* Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and microservices.
* Experience working in Agile development environments.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
