Description
Join our team as a dedicated resource focused on documentation, process mapping, and continuous improvement. 
This hybrid role involves supporting large-scale process enhancement initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational effectiveness. 
Key responsibilities include leading discussions with stakeholders, capturing process flows, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. 
Ideal candidates will have experience with generic technology platforms for documentation and process mapping.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the collection and documentation of process details and workflows.
Facilitate discussions to understand future processes and capture roles and responsibilities.
Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and operational guidance.
Support continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities in current processes.
Assist in standardizing methodologies and templates to promote consistency and quality.

Qualifications
Experience in process mapping and documentation.
Strong facilitation skills for stakeholder discussions.
Proficiency in creating user-friendly process documentation.
Ability to identify and contribute to process improvements.
Experience with risk assessment and management methodologies.
