Senior Project Manager Manchester | 9 Month Contract<br />70,000 sq ft | £5M CAT A &amp; B Fit Out I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading fit out contractor to deliver a £5 million, 70,000 sq ft CAT A &amp; B office fit out in the heart of Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a flagship commercial project from site, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management of works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinating subcontractors and the site team.
• Driving programme, quality and health &amp; safety performance.
• Liaising with the client, consultants and the wider project team.
• Overseeing project delivery through to successful completion and handover.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering commercial fit out projects as a Project Manager.
• CAT A fit out experience.
• SMSTS, Black CSCS &amp; First Aid (essential).
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
