Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Mobile Mechanical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Mobile Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for:

• Carry out PPMs, reactive maintenance and fault‑finding tasks across North West London
• Service, maintain and repair plumbing and ventilation installations, including AHUs, intake/extract systems, thermal wheels, FCUs and water system assets.
• Maintain and support systems such as booster sets, chlorifiers, and water heaters.
• Deliver consistently high levels of service and professionalism for the client.
• Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection logs and remedial records. To be successful for this Mobile Mechanical Engineer role you

must have:

• A background in facilities management or mobile maintenance.
• Experience working on‑call across a region.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing or Heating & Ventilation qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial building maintenance from a mechanical engineering perspective.
