Driving: Equipment: 2020 Freightliner T12664ST w/ 53ft Dry Van or Reefer
Job Description:
Safely operate a 2020 Freightliner and 53ft reefer/dry van.
Maintain open, professional communication with dispatch, shippers, and receivers.
Complete routine vehicle inspections and handle basic mechanical troubleshooting.
Will deliver various types of freight in this role, primarily in a dry van. Will be in a sleeper truck delivering for multiple weeks at a time.
Schedule:
- Typically out for 2 - 4 weeks at a time. Flexible working with schedules if drivers are looking to break up time OTR vs. home
- Will be driving a dedicated route
Pay:
- Negotiable based on experience/lane (Up to $.85/mile)
Guaranteed Pay: upto $240/day
Performance Bonuses:
- Fuel Savings: Earn $.01 - $.05 per mile.
- Safety Bonus: Earn $.02 - $.03 per mile.
Tenure & Sign-On:
- Loyalty Bonus: $500 - $1,500 after your first year of service.

Requirements:

• Class A CDL
• 2 Years of CDL Experience
• OTR Experience
• DOT Med Card
• Prefer drivers close to the location
