The WebOps Engineer will work closely with Delivery Manager, Technical Architect & Developers.

What the specialist will work on The WebOps Engineer will work closely with development team to ensure continuous delivery capabilities.

Working arrangements Work will be on-site in London (Mon-Fri).

Security clearance BPSS is required for all personnel. Customer will sponsor SC.

Skills and experience

Technical competence: essential skills and experience

The WebOps Engineer needs to be a multidisciplinary expert who have a deep understanding of networks, firewalls, load-balancing, high availability, disaster recovery, TCP & UDP services, NOC management
Plus Cloud hosting (Amazon AWS), "0" downtime deploy strategies, containerisation (Docker)
Plus Development background (Python)
Plus software pipeline design (Jenkins, artefacts registry)Technical competence: nice-to-have skills and experience
User level experience with PaaS (i.e. Heroku, Cloud Foundry)
Kubernetes or Mesos experience
