The Role • Greet customers promptly and courteously, leading them through the entire sales process. • Educate customers on vehicle features, benefits, and available financial products and financing options. • Utilize CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions and manage follow-ups. • Maintain required unit averages and product-to-visit ratios. • Conduct test drives and ensure customers understand vehicle operating features. What You'll Need • Minimum 18 years of age. • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not required. • Ability to successfully test out of the sales training program. • Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills. • Friendly, positive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities. • Professional demeanor and appearance. • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
