Warehouse Team Leader – Marston Gate – Supply Chain

As an Warehouse Team Leader based in Marston Gate you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives to achieve and exceed KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensuring all operational processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Managing all aspects of people leadership, including performance reviews, absence management, holiday approvals, and training. You will be managing a team of around 15 Warehouse Operatives
- Maintaining stock integrity through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and correct product handling.
- Coordinating daily workflow and resource deployment to meet service targets, ensuring smooth operational flow across picking, packing, replenishment, and loading.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 2.00pm – 10.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Proven experience within a people manager or team leader role
- Warehouse experience is desirable, but not essential
- MHE experience or licenses are desirable
- To be able to manage KPIs, work to deadlines and challenge where needed
