Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst / BI Analyst to join the VisionLink team and support equipment management applications through data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and stakeholder collaboration.

The role will focus on gathering business requirements, analyzing large and complex datasets, identifying customer usage trends, and delivering actionable insights to support application enhancements, business decisions, and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements for reports, dashboards, and data solutions
• Query and analyze large and complex datasets using Snowflake, SQL, or similar technologies
• Develop, test, and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
• Design and prototype dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI
• Analyze customer usage and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
• Support application enhancement and go-to-market decision-making through data analysis
• Review existing reporting solutions and recommend improvements or upgrades
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Prepare technical documentation for reports, dashboards, and data solutions
• Support senior analysts with data requests, reporting, and technical analysis
• Validate data accuracy and identify inconsistencies in reports, queries, or source data
• Develop and support data workflows and pipelines
• Work with AI-enabled workflows, including data pipeline engineering and prompt engineering
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior analysts
• Support delivery and maintenance of production-deployed analytical solutions

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience querying and analyzing large and complex datasets
• Strong experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data structures
• 2+ years of experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI
• 2+ years of experience delivering production-ready data, reporting, or analytics solutions
• Experience with business data analysis and interpreting data to support business decisions
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to create clear technical documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
