The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of issues including battery, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members. • Start and finish your workday from your own driveway. • Tackle diverse challenges and interact with a wide range of customers daily. What You'll Need • Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure. • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
