Sr. Change Management Specialist M&A

This is NOT a traditional Change Management role. We are looking for someone who can operate within Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) / Acquisition & Integration efforts inside the Information Security organization and help organize, align, and drive execution across teams.

Top Priority Requirements (from Hiring Manager):

• Direct experience supporting Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) / Acquisition & Integration initiatives
• Experience working within or partnering with Information Security / IT environments
• Strong ability to work with Program/Project Managers and identify + manage stakeholders
• Must be able to understand technical initiatives and present them clearly to stakeholders
• Someone who can step in and hit the ground running immediately
• This person needs to be an organizer and driver of work across M&A teams, not just a change/comms resource

What we actually need:

• Experience supporting technology/system integrations tied to Acquisitions
• Ability to assess impacts and help drive execution + alignment across teams
• Strong communication skills, especially with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly visible environment

Tools/Environment:

• PMO tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
