The Role

• Provide expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for members.
• Deliver emergency breakdown support, addressing issues like flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex faults.
• Start and finish your workday from your driveway, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.
• Problem-solve diverse automotive challenges encountered on the road.
• Act as a confident ambassador, offering reassurance and excellent service to members in need.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
