We are seeking a skilled technician to join a leading national healthcare provider, renowned for its commitment to specialized medical care and patient well-being. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of essential technical infrastructure within a state-of-the-art hospital located on the picturesque Baltic coast.

The Role

• Independently manage and maintain electrical systems, including performing necessary repairs, inspections, and upgrades to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Respond promptly to technical issues, conduct thorough diagnostics, and perform regular inspections to monitor system conditions.
• Oversee and coordinate with external contractors, ensuring work is carried out to precise specifications and completing performance acceptance.
• Contribute technical expertise to ongoing projects and actively participate in energy management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all maintenance and repair activities, and participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training (Geselle or Meister) in electrical engineering, with specializations such as energy and building technology, building energy and infrastructure systems, operational technology, or communication and security technology.
• Several years of professional experience and a solid understanding of relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a service-oriented attitude, willingness for continuous learning, and a valid driver's license (Class B).
• Team player with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
