The Role

• Oversee the overall coordination and operations of the care facility.
• Ensure and develop quality management systems in compliance with all legal requirements.
• Maintain close collaboration with cost bearers and authorities.
• Manage facility capacity utilization and resident acquisition strategies.
• Motivate, develop, and foster the professional growth of the staff.
• Provide strategic management of the facility's operations and personnel.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship in the nursing sector or a university degree in nursing or health management.
• A certified qualification for facility management.
• Several years of experience in leading a senior care facility.
• Strong understanding of business administration and proficient IT skills.
• Excellent professional and social competencies, with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven assertiveness, organizational talent, and a dedicated work ethic.
