Implementation Advisor
Location: Chicago, Illinois (Onsite)
Role Overview
This role serves as the first point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests. The position involves implementing a new fulfillment system in the Treasury space and working with sales teams and clients to implement treasury products or add them to existing accounts. The candidate will handle end-to-end processing for less complex implementations while engaging other business partners as needed.
Key Responsibilities

• Implement a new fulfillment system and various Treasury products.
• Work directly with Sales Teams and Clients to implement products and add services to existing accounts.
• Manage a dedicated email inbox, prioritize client requests, and implement eligible items.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone.
• Create cases or packages for tracking, monitoring, and end-to-end resolution.
• Conduct research to respond to client inquiries.
• Utilize various bank systems to support client requests.

Required Qualifications
Experience:

• Previous Client Service experience is required.
• Experience in a high-paced environment with little oversight is necessary.
• Background in Mortgage or Loan Processing is beneficial.

Skills:

• Excellent data entry and typing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Client-focused with the ability to conduct discussions with clients in a confident manner.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with all levels of the firm.
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to manage one's own time and know when to escalate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Treasury and/or Legal Documentation.
• Experience connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs.
• A commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change.
