Papiertechnologe | Wörth am Rhein, Germany | Hybrid

One of Europe's leading paper industry groups, renowned for its commitment to sustainability and innovation, is seeking a skilled Papiertechnologe to join their production team. The Role

  • Operating and monitoring production equipment both on-site and remotely via the process control system.
  • Managing the startup and shutdown of the paper machine, including paper web breaks.
  • Performing core changes and guiding support personnel.
  • Cleaning equipment and replacing scraper blades.
  • Adjusting and verifying paper web tension.
  • Monitoring quality parameters using process control, quality control systems, and laboratory data.

What You'll Need

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a Papiertechnologe or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Papiertechnologe is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain flexible and resilient.
  • Experience in a 5-shift operational environment.
