Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. • Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and follow up on pending matters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
