Must-Have Skills:

• Workday Payroll Certification and prior hands-on Workday Payroll experience.
• Experience leading Workday Payroll design, configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Strong ability to document requirements/design decisions, provide client knowledge transfer, and support Payroll team members.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting higher education or government clients.
• Experience with Payroll Compare, End-to-End testing, User Stories, and cutover planning.
