Business Analyst - Testing & Process Documentation

job summary:

Join an enterprise modernization initiative designed to transform document handling and business workflows. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with technology and business stakeholders across Enterprise Document Solutions, IAP, and Planning Group to analyze processes, manage backlog requirements, and ensure software quality through hands-on functional and regression testing.

responsibilities:

• Lead functional and regression testing efforts, including test script development, migration testing, and production validation.
• Maintain and organize the team backlog, defining acceptance criteria for project features.
• Create comprehensive business process models, workflow documentation, and stakeholder training assets.
• Utilize Atlassian JIRA to document, track, and resolve system defects and project deliverables.
• Research and troubleshoot production issues alongside cross-functional teams.

qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.

Demonstrated experience in Requirements Analysis, Regression Testing, and Atlassian JIRA.

Advanced proficiency in Business Process Documentation and workflow modeling.

Ability to work fully onsite in St. Louis, MO.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience with Integration Testing and system migration projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
