The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers, working collaboratively with team members.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, product presentation, baking, and operating modern checkout systems, including self-checkout options.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating task assignments, and overseeing the implementation of store concepts.
• Undertake essential store operations including stock management, cleaning duties, and inventory counts.
• Assist with leadership responsibilities and gain experience in coordinating tasks and ensuring operational efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, with prior leadership experience, such as shift supervision, being advantageous.
• A strong team player with a high sense of responsibility, who enjoys motivating and engaging others.
• Ability to work efficiently and at a fast pace.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts in coordination with management.
