RemX is seeking an experienced
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Murfreesboro, TN. This role will partner closely with plant leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives, support employee relations, and ensure alignment between business objectives and workforce strategies.

$35.00 - $40.00/hour
Monday-Friday | 8+ hour shift between 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and organizational goals. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, compensation practices, and policy interpretation. Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations issues, conducting investigations, resolving workplace concerns, and recommending appropriate actions.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, talent development efforts, and succession planning activities. Lead onboarding processes and facilitate new hire orientation programs to ensure a positive employee experience. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, benefit-related questions, and leave administration, including FMLA, STD, and LTD processes. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies while supporting HR audits and policy management initiatives.
Manage workers' compensation claims and partner with leadership to support safe and compliant workplace practices. Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback trends, and provide recommendations to improve employee retention and engagement. Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, training documentation, and HRIS data. Support recruiting initiatives and workforce planning efforts to meet organizational staffing needs. Utilize SuccessFactors ATS/HRIS and other HR systems to manage employee and candidate information.
Foster a positive work environment by balancing business objectives with employee needs and promoting a culture of accountability, engagement, and compliance. Leverage benefits knowledge and leave management expertise to support employees through various life and career events. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
3-5 years of Human Resources experience required. Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments strongly preferred.
Strong background in employee relations, performance management, investigations, and HR compliance. Experience with HRIS systems required; SuccessFactors experience preferred. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws. Excellent communication, coaching, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
