Were looking for a skilled Calibration Engineer or Senior Calibration Engineer to support the development of our future model ranges. This is a dynamic role involving the further development of Drive-by-Wire systems, traction control, and the creation of innovative strategies to meet upcoming emissions legislation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver ECU calibrations and support emissions and evaporative testing
  • Gather and analyse system data to assess drivability and functionality
  • Support wider departments and contribute to new system development
  • Manage calibration activities and assist with allocated projects and ad-hoc tasks

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong understanding of engine management systems, data logging, emissions testing, and engine fundamentals.
  • Logical approach to data analysis with experience in calibration or strategy implementation.
  • Maths & English GCSE (C/4+) plus higher-level engineering qualifications or direct experience in the calibration and application of engine management systems.
