Security Training Manager

Securitas seeks a Security Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for security officers and supervisors. In this role, you will develop scenario-based and classroom curricula covering safety, protective services, incident response, and customer service across diverse client environments. You will evaluate training effectiveness, maintain compliance with regulatory and client requirements, and mentor field trainers to ensure consistent standards. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and update security training programs for officers and supervisors across client sites.
• Deliver classroom, scenario-based, and on-the-job training focused on safety, procedures, and customer service.
• Assess training needs using incident trends, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics, testing, and field performance feedback; adjust content accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client standards, and relevant security and safety regulations.
• Coach and mentor field trainers and site leaders to maintain consistent training quality.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and client representatives to align training with site-specific risks.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and documentation within LMS and company systems.
