Agile Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in New York, NY. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

The successful candidate will work primarily on planning, tracking, and coordinating the deliveries for a large-scale program. This role will facilitate discussions, track follow-ups, and communicate status and progress to technology and business partners. The position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, track, and coordinate program deliveries
• Facilitate discussions, track follow-ups, and communicate status to technology and business partners
• Ensure deliveries are executed while adhering to acceptance, development, QA, and UAT testing and release criteria
• Manage status communication with stakeholders and delivery partners, including release notifications and project updates
• Handle risk and issue tracking and communication to senior technology management
• Responsible for all technical documentation, including spreadsheet manipulation, creating and presenting summarized data outputs

Requirements:

• Experience in project management
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Understanding of technology, including system flows, with the ability to translate technology deliveries into business-digestible communications
• Knowledge of Python
• Must be a team player

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of Agile development practices including unit testing, continuous integration, and refactoring
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for Basel II & Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB)
• Experience with Financial Stack, Derivative products, Risk, PnL explains, Counterparty Risk, and Counterparty Valuation Adjustment (CVA)

Pay range: $73.08 - $81.08 per hour
