Registered Nurse Pediatric CVICU

• Delivers compassionate nursing care in full compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
• Implements and monitors treatment plans to drive optimal patient outcomes.
• Tracks vital signs and clinical changes, maintaining accurate records and keeping the care team updated.
• Connect multidisciplinary teams to execute medical orders and plan safe, seamless patient discharges.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Additional Preferences:

• BSN and 2 years pediatric cardiac ICU experience preferred
• BLS/PALS/ACLS and 1 year of hospital critical care RN experience required
