Job Description

HR Coordinator | £32,000 + Benefits | 6-Month FTC


A prestigious national sporting organisation with a high-profile international presence is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join its talented and dynamic team in Central London.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional to play a key role within the HR function, working closely with the Head of HR across a variety of projects and initiatives.


The Role


You will provide day-to-day HR support while also taking ownership of a range of projects designed to enhance the employee experience and improve HR processes.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing comprehensive HR administration and support across the employee lifecycle
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters
  • Reviewing and updating the Employee Handbook
  • Supporting the Head of HR with a variety of HR projects and initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and ways of working
  • Providing general HR guidance and support to employees and managers


About You


We’re looking for someone with previous HR administration or HR coordination experience who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.


You’ll have a positive and dynamic approach, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to build strong relationships across the organisation.


Most importantly, you’ll be someone who is keen to make a genuine impact and contribute to a high-performing HR team.
