Administrative Assistant
A well-established and growing Chartered Surveying practice is looking to appoint an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support its busy team of surveyors and office staff.
The business provides a broad range of professional property services across the residential and commercial sectors and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice and excellent client service.
This is a varied remote role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and acting as a key point of contact for clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume email inbox and responding to enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating surveyors' diaries.
- Handling client enquiries via email and telephone.
- Supporting wider administrative functions and providing cover where required.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls while delivering excellent customer service.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other administrative software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Pattern
- Fully remote.
- Part-time, three days per week.
- Approximately 21 to 22.2 hours per week.
- Flexibility to work full weeks when required to provide holiday cover.
Salary
- £20,000 to £21,000 per annum (part-time equivalent).
- Equivalent to approximately £18 per hour, increasing to up to £20 per hour for the right candidate.
