Title: Salesforce Lead/ Architect

Location: Albany/Rensselaer, NY (Remote)

Role & Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks)

• Own technical architecture and ensure the solution meets system and security requirements.
• Work with the Data Architect/Lead to design and execute interfaces and integrations with external systems.
• Provide technical leadership.
• Plan and coordinate system implementation in consultation with ITS.
• Ensure implementation meets contractual requirements.
• Produce architectural diagrams and blueprints.

Required Skills for the Project

• Salesforce platform technical lead/architect experience.
• Relevant technical experience including work similar to the RFP scope.
• Large-scale modernization experience involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and/or legacy system replacement.
• Experience in solution assessment, transition and sequence planning, security planning, system integration, information architecture, and business process engineering for an enterprise-level solution.

Mandatory Skills for the Project

• Minimum 6 years in a technical lead/architect role using the Salesforce platform.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant technical experience, including work similar to the RFP scope.
• Minimum 5 years on large-scale modernization projects involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and/or legacy system replacement.
• Minimum 5 years in each of: solution assessment; transition and sequence planning; security planning; system integration; information architecture; and business process engineering to build or re-architect an enterprise-level solution.
• Full-time for the contract duration.
• Onsite as needed during requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
