Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates across research-focused positions.
  • Support hiring for:
    • Research Scientists
    • Research Engineers
    • Engineering roles
    • Leadership positions (Director level and above)
  • Develop sourcing strategies and provide market insights.
  • Participate in weekly syncs with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition.
  • Conduct HR screening calls with candidates before recruiter handoff.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience sourcing in a research environment.
  • Overall sourcing experience: 3–12+ years preferred.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Google Scholar searches
    • Research publications
    • Conference sourcing
    • Technical research hiring
  • Ability to source beyond LinkedIn using creative sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience sourcing Director-level or Leadership roles is highly preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with sourcing experience in:

  • Consumer Electronics Research
  • Research Labs
  • AI/Robotics
  • Computer Vision
  • Semiconductor (SoC)
  • Companies such as Lab126, Samsung Research, or similar R&D organizations.

HealthTech-only experience may not be sufficient unless combined with broader research sourcing experience.
