CBW is currently recruiting for a Domestic Gas Engineer to work across a portfolio of Council properties throughout London and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, breakdowns, repairs, landlord gas safety checks and boiler installations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team with a realistic OTE of £53,000+ through readily available overtime, call-out payments and performance bonuses. Role Locations:

South East London<br />South West London<br />North LondonMy client is also willing to look at engineers based all around the M25, so applications from all locations are welcome.

Duties &amp; Responsibilities<br />Carry out servicing, repairs and reactive breakdowns on domestic gas appliances.<br />Complete CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Certificates.<br />Diagnose and repair faults on domestic boilers and heating systems.<br />Carry out boiler replacements and heating upgrades.<br />Complete commissioning and testing following repairs and installations.<br />Undertake basic plumbing and heating repairs where required.<br />Complete paperwork and job reports using a PDA.<br />Provide excellent customer service within occupied residential properties.<br />Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe and Health &amp; Safety regulations.<br />Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.Hours of Work Summer: 8:00am – 5:00pm<br />Winter: 8:00am – 6:00pm<br />Average 42.5-hour working week<br />Overtime available<br />Call-out rota (approximately 1 in 4-8 depending on area)Package £36,000 - £43,000 basic salary<br />Realistic OTE of £46,000 to 53,000+<br />Company van &amp; fuel card<br />Near-unlimited overtime<br />1.5x overtime Monday-Friday<br />2x overtime weekends<br />£120 standby payment while on call<br />£30 per completed call-out<br />Performance bonus for completing additional jobs<br />£5 bonus for every positive customer review<br />28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)<br />Company pension<br />Uniform, PPE &amp; PDA provided<br />Ongoing training and career progressionRequirements ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 &amp; CKR1)<br />Experience servicing, repairing and fault-finding on domestic boilers.<br />Experience completing CP12s.<br />Boiler installation experience desirable.<br />Social Housing experience desirable.<br />Full UK Driving Licence<br />Good customer service and communication skills.If you are interested, please email your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out
