Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Winston-Salem is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Ballroom Dance Instructors.

No prior dance teaching experience is required. We provide paid training and a strong support system to help you develop the skills needed to become a confident and successful instructor.
Key Duties:
- Teach private dance lessons and group classes
- Work with students of different skill levels
- Create a fun and welcoming learning environment
- Participate in studio events and dance socials
- Continue developing dance and teaching skills
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work evenings and some weekends
- Interest in dance, fitness, or performing arts
- Teaching or dance experience is a plus but not required
