Capco is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Stock Loan experience to support the Jefferies Equities Stock Loan desk. This role will work directly with the Front Office to define business requirements and partner closely with SF Technology to translate those requirements into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Equities Stock Loan desk to gather and define business requirements.
• Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
• Partner with Front Office stakeholders and SF Technology throughout the requirements and delivery process.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.
• Facilitate discussions with business and technology teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong Business Analyst experience within financial services.
• Direct Stock Loan experience is required.
• Experience working with Equities / Front Office environments.
• Proven experience writing detailed BRDs and FRDs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively between business and technology teams.
