  • Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability findings.
  • Partner with business analysts, product managers, developers, designers, and Experience Leads to translate business requirements into design solutions.
  • Present design rationale and educate partners on UX principles.
  • Balance business needs, user needs, technical constraints, accessibility, and design-system standards.
  • Move work forward with limited supervision while following internal design practices, training materials, and the native design system.
  • Learn business operations domains, including agent support, underwriting support, call center workflows, case/task management, and internal operational processes.
  • Use research and analytics to support continuous improvement.
  • Design AI-enabled workflows and utilize GenAI tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong skills in research synthesis, affinity mapping, insight synthesis, hypothesis formulation, storytelling, and critical evaluation.
  • Experience creating information architecture, user flows, scenarios, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
  • Proficiency with Figma, including design documentation.
  • Experience applying design systems and native components consistently.
  • Experience supporting user research and usability testing, including interviews, findings documentation, and iterative design.
  • Understanding of accessibility fundamentals.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
