This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality nuclear medicine services, with a focus on both general and cardiology procedures. You will play a critical part in ensuring patient safety, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting departmental goals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including patient preparation, isotope handling, equipment operation, and image processing.
- Conduct both general nuclear medicine and nuclear cardiology studies.
- Operate SPECT/CT equipment as required for clinical applications.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all exams and departmental operations.
- Support quality control and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in maintaining departmental workflow and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus technical schooling
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1+ year of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Recent experience performing both general nuclear medicine and nuclear cardiology procedures
- Experience operating SPECT/CT equipment in a clinical setting
- ARRT registration or CNMT certification
- Current New Jersey State Radiology License
- Current CPR certification
- ACR CT certification or SPECT/CT certification
- IV certification
