Visit customer factory floors and work with supply chain leaders and procurement teams to understand operational needs.
Translate complex supply chain workflows into product specifications, wireframes, and functional prototypes in partnership with engineering.
Use AI-assisted tools to prototype solutions, query data, work with APIs, and contribute code when useful.
Align engineering, design, sales, and customer success around feature delivery, customer onboarding, and measurable outcomes.
Use inventory metrics, product usage, and customer feedback to evaluate results and guide iteration.
What We're Looking For
Three to ten years of experience across product management, manufacturing or supply chain operations, and software development or hands-on coding.
Experience taking software features from customer research through launch, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain software.
Strong knowledge of procurement, BOM/MRP, inventory allocation, vendor management, and traceability workflows.
A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, or a related technical field.
Ability to create functional prototypes and write clear technical specifications from complex domain logic.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customers, plus exposure to industrial or advanced hardware sectors.
Familiarity with Python, React, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, APIs, ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP, MES, PLM, and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
