Why Scout?

We care... a lot. Founded by 2 DVMs we have an employee and team first philosophy. We are servant leaders that are always willing to put in the work to do what's right.  We support our teams with structured on-boarding, quarterly check-ins and give the flexibility to all our clinicians to make the best decisions for patients and teams.

We’re building something meaningful—and we’re doing it together.

Whether you’re here to focus on your craft or help shape the future of our growing network—or both—you’ll find purpose, support, and possibility here.

We lean into innovation. In an age where AI is changing the landscape, we are embracing the future in ways that support the people needed to deliver care.

If you are wondering what it's like to work with a group that values your voice, your growth, and a patient’s first approach, Let's talk. We are building something truly unique and are excited to share our vision.
