The Role

• Organize and structure the daily clinical routine for adolescents
• Co-facilitate therapy sessions, building on individual and group work
• Provide crucial crisis intervention and support
• Lead therapy groups focused on relaxation, mindfulness, social skills, and coping strategies
• Offer therapeutic support during meals for patients with eating disorders
• Participate in a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Educator (Erzieher) or Educational Therapist (Heilerziehungspfleger)
• Ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential care for groups
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for the profession
• Respectful, professional, and empathetic demeanor towards patients and their families
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
