Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of Mainframe Operating Systems (z/OS)
• Hands-on experience with Mainframe Storage concepts and tools (DASD, SMS, HSM, etc.)
• Experience supporting enterprise mainframe infrastructure environments
• Understanding of system performance, monitoring, and tuning
• Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
• Knowledge of TSO/ISPF utilities and dataset management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with storage management tools (DFSMS, GDPS, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of JCL and batch processing workflows
• Familiarity with mainframe security frameworks (RACF, ACF2, Top Secret)
• Exposure to mainframe modernization or hybrid cloud integration
• Experience with automation and infrastructure optimization tools
