Job Title: Sr. Oracle CX Service Logistics Functional

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Applications / Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CX Service and Service Logistics.
• Strong understanding of field service, service parts, inventory, fulfillment, work orders, and service management processes.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and release processes.
• Working knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP integrations, FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Site: Remote + 25% Travel

Duration: 6+ months
