Job Description

R&D Engineer - Quant Developer / Developer Quant - $110,000-$150,000 + Super + Bonus

This role sits within a collaborative R&D team focused on solving complex, analytical problems through a mix of quantitative thinking and strong engineering. It's an environment that values curiosity, clear reasoning, and high-quality execution.

We're working with a specialist firm expanding its R&D capability. You'll join a small, high-calibre team building quantitative models, tools, and systems that directly support the business.

The role
  • Build and iterate on quantitative models and research tooling
  • Develop production-grade software to support R&D

  • Collaborate closely with a largely onsite technical team
