Remote: Account Executive (Sales)

Job Description
Our client is an early-stage insurance startup building a technology-driven approach to commercial insurance and risk management. You’ll own accounts from intake through placement, binding, renewal, and ongoing servicing while developing carrier and wholesale relationships. As the business grows, so will your responsibility, with the opportunity to help shape the company’s broader brokerage strategy.
The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years of retail or wholesale commercial brokerage experience
, strong E&S casualty knowledge, and comfort navigating complex liability risks. This is an in-office, high-intensity startup environment
, so it’s best suited for someone who wants to build, move quickly, and have real ownership over what comes next.

Compensation: $150K–$200K base + substantial equity + benefits.
