Role Descriptions: 1. Experience in Workstation and Basic Hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support

Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
