Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AI Lead to join our team supporting Novo Nordisk in Plainsboro, NJ. In this role, you will lead the technical execution and delivery of artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives, bridging business goals with advanced technical solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring high standards of code quality, model performance, and architectural scalability.

• Guide and mentor junior engineers and developers, fostering best practices in AI development and software engineering.

• Troubleshoot complex technical roadblocks, optimize AI model workflows, and drive continuous improvement across engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions in a professional environment.

• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, projects, or workstreams.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a 3–4 days hybrid setup based out of Plainsboro, NJ.
